Do you have experience with web or e-commerce projects and enjoy working with developers?

As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) at arboro, you will manage exciting e-commerce and web projects for our clients. You are the central interface between clients and our development team and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, efficient, and successful manner.

You work fully remotely with our team of developers and e-commerce specialists and coordinate projects from planning to implementation.

We are currently expanding our project management and are looking for experienced project managers who will accompany our e-commerce projects organizationally and strategically.

Technologies you work with.

Project management tools like Jira (Atlassian)

Documentation and collaboration tools like Confluence (Atlassian)

E-commerce platforms like Shopware, Shopify, or Magento

Git-based development workflows (collaboration with development teams)

Communication and project tools for coordination with clients and teams

What you bring with you.

You already have experience in managing web or e-commerce projects and work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner.

You can structure requirements, coordinate projects, and are used to working closely with clients and development teams.

Even with multiple projects, you keep an overview and ensure that projects are implemented reliably.

Your Must-Haves.

Several years of experience as a project manager in a web, digital, or e-commerce agency

Experience in managing web or online shop projects

Excellent communication skills in dealing with clients and development teams

Structured and independent working style

Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar systems

Basic understanding of web development and e-commerce systems

Very good German skills

Nice-to-have.

Experience with e-commerce platforms or shop systems (e.g., Shopware, Shopify, Magento or similar systems)

Experience with agile project methods (Scrum, Kanban etc.)

Experience with shop relaunches or larger web projects

Experience in technical support or further development of existing online shops

Basic understanding of online marketing or tracking
