Because with onions, we can also first perceive only the effect outwardly, but not see what it looks like under the skin in the individual layers. Similarly, we first perceive only the outward appearance in people, not the complexity of their personality. To truly understand our colleagues, we must always ask ourselves:

Why does a person do what they do?
What basic motivation drives them?
How is their value system structured and how do they evaluate circumstances?

For this purpose, every employee can participate in a guided coaching where we discover the individual personality profiles together and use this as a basis to promote mutual understanding within the team.
