Shopware 6. Shopify. Headless. Develop e-commerce frontends you will still be proud of in three years.

Job description.

You don’t just want to tweak some themes, you want to develop frontend architectures that really perform.

At arboro, you develop technically demanding e-commerce storefronts for Shopware 6 and Shopify – from architectural decisions to deployment. You work in a small, experienced development team with short communication paths, high quality standards and real technical co-determination.

Our projects range between €40,000 and €150,000 in project volume – from individual Shopware 6 storefronts and Shopify themes to headless architectures with Storyblok. No throwaway shops, but solutions that must be maintainable in the long term.

How we work.

Git flow with pull requests and mandatory code reviews
Unit tests and integration tests as a fixed component
Structured manual QA process before every release
CI/CD pipelines with automated deployments
Docker-based development environments
Performance optimization according to Core Web Vitals
Jira for project and ticket management
Storyblok as headless CMS
Sustainable solutions instead of technical debt

Our tech stack.

JavaScript · TypeScript · HTML · SCSS · Twig · Liquid · Vue.js · Shopware 6 · Shopify · Storyblok · Docker · Git · Vite · npm · Webpack · CI/CD

What you bring to the table.

Must-have.

Solid experience with Shopware 6 (Twig storefront) or Shopify (Liquid)
Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with modern build tools (npm, Webpack, Vite, ESLint)
Confident handling of Git and structured development processes
Experience with Docker-based development environments
Understanding of web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse)
Very good German skills

Nice-to-have.

Experience with Vue.js or comparable frameworks
Knowledge of headless architectures (Storyblok, Contentful)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Shopware certification (or interest in it)

You don’t meet all points 100%? No problem – if you really know Shopware or Shopify, work professionally and have high quality standards, we look forward to your application.

What you do at arboro.

Development of high-performance Shopware 6 storefronts and Shopify themes based on Figma designs
Co-design of frontend architectures for new e-commerce projects
Further development and optimization of existing shop systems
Carrying out and participating in code reviews
Performance optimization according to Core Web Vitals
Close collaboration with backend developers, project management and UX
Active co-design of our frontend standards and development processes

Why arboro?.

Many agencies measure success by the number of tickets. We measure it by sustainable technical quality.
